Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This distinguished, 9-story, mid-block building at 403 Greenwich Street between Beach and Hubert streets in the TriBeCa West Historic District was built by the Colonnade Group and Olympic Real Estate in 2017 and has four condominium apartments.

It was designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and AA Studio.  An earlier design by Joseph Pell Lombardi called for a glass-and-brick façade. Stefano Pasqualetti was the interior designer." Read Carter's Full Review
